Genuinely confused why this place doesn’t have lower ratings. The vibes here are so weird and I just got the most unusual pedicure. The person doing my nails was not rubbing my feet with their hands, but just a finger. It was so bizarre. They were placing tools on the ground just to pick them up and continue using them on my feet. Also had no heat on, my feet were absolutely FREEZING whenever coming out of the water. Eerily quiet and not many customers. I would stay away
New to the area and this is the only place I found that actually sanitizes their tools!! Watching techs at other shops pull dirty tools out of their sloppy rolling carts is a HUGE deal breaker! They are really clean, super friendly and did a great job on my pedicure both times I went so far. I will definitely be returning.
Friendly staff and an awesome array of colors and services. However the gentleman was rushing and only cut 3 out of 10 nails right. He cut my NATURAL NAILS down to NONE. Was just visiting town but DO NOT recommend for anyone with natural nails. I could not leave the salon fast enough. Your response is not even valid how would 3 nails be an appropriate length and 7 be so short they look like a man's nail ????? That isn't using judgement as none of them are the same size or shape. Also half are square the rest are filed in some random crooked shape. I'm not putting fake nails or extensions on due to your error. This is not a language issue it's a skills issue
